Hello, my name is Mike. Ten years ago my wife Julie contracted cancer and had to go through a series of unpleasant surgical procedures and another five years of aftercare before getting an all clear. It changed our lives dramatically. Anyone who has had to watch a loved one go through cancer treatment will know what I mean. I consider myself very lucky as my beautiful and loving wife is still with me to this day and has watched our son grow up. Things could have turned out very differently for us and I’m grateful every day that we have had this time together. If you or someone you love has cancer please don’t give up hope. More and more people are surviving cancer these days thanks to medical advances.
