I’ve heard various opinions of detoxifying your body by doing a colon cleansing…this apparently rids the body of parasites that prevent you from staying healthy and losing weight…If this really is a good thing, where can I find a trust-worthy regimen for this?

I keep hearing that the colon stores ‘plaque’ and old fecal matter, toxins etc. on the intestinal walls that can stay there for years. Is it true? Is it a good idea to do a colon cleanse, water or juice fast or enema to clean it out? Please be descriptive and don’t just say yes or no. Thanks for your help!

I have extremely frequent diarrhea from food intolerances and I want to find a way to stop it without completely stopping eating the foods (carbohydrates). I saw something about an oral supplement called colon cleanse and i’ve also thought about getting a colonic. But those are usually for people who are constipated and I have the opposite problem. Any suggestions?

I’m looking to cleanse my colon and remove toxins from my body, and I’ve done some research and some pills seem to work, but I dont know which to buy. Any pills I can buy at the vitamin shop that can help me with this? I always feel bloated, I’ve lost 40 lbs since the summer but I still have a lower gut and I want to do this before I start working out again.
